Enjoyed the stylish room with a cozy vibe. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure made mornings easy. The location close to Broadway is ideal. all attractions are within walking distance. The rooftop pool offered fantastic views and a relaxing spot to unwind. The gym is conveniently open 24/7, perfect for late workouts. Staff members, especially Kelly at the front desk, were welcoming and helpful. Got surprised with fresh fruit and champagne, which was a lovely touch. Encountered a few issues with housekeeping though, as they often missed cleaning the room. Had to ask for towels and cups multiple times. A bit inconsistent there. Overall, a good place to stay with room for improvement in housekeeping service.
